At our Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) manufacturing plant, we operate original FrameCAD machinery. Utilizing the roll-forming method, these advanced systems can shape and punch holes in LGS profiles with an exceptional precision of 0.3 mm.
The entire process is fully computerized, ensuring every component is produced exactly to the unique design specifications of each building. A unique part number is printed on every piece for full traceability.
The final result is a complete kit of pre-engineered profiles. Once shipped to the construction site, they are assembled with unmatched speed and accuracy: a four-story building with a total floor area of over 700 square meters can be assembled in just 10 days!
